SSA Jobs was set up in 2005 by Simran Singh, an experienced retail practitioner, management consultant and subject faculty. Since then we have worked with the leading names in the industry, providing a 360 degree service to clients across a diverse range of industries.
The team at SSA prides itself on its quick response, high service levels and strong conversion ratio’s. We are able to do this with the help of a proprietary software enabled database and a process driven approach to the task at hand. We are helped further with our strong network and our social media outreach.
SSA’s Approach to Clients: We ask to be treated as Business Partners. We aim to be the shadow HR team. The internal brief is to “spoil the client” and we work hard to achieve this. We make a lot of effort to understand the client requirement both in terms of the skill set and the cultural fitment required before we start a search. We are active participants in the negotiation process and believe in the power of reference checks in ensuring the right talent is hired. Our aim is to minimize the client’s effort by maximizing our own. Our aim at all times is to beat the clients TAT mandates.
We are in the business of “helping people.” This is the orientation with which we approach all mandates and candidates.
Diversity and Inclusiveness
We believe in an egalitarian approach to team building and are committed to diversity and inclusiveness both within our company and in our work with clients.
We have worked closely with companies from inception/ launch and have helped build their teams ground up, both in the offline and online domains.
Integrity and Ethics
We are committed to the highest level of integrity and ethics in the work we do.
We are a process driven enterprise. Process helps us deliver the highest level of service both to our clients and our candidates.
